How to Send Packages?

    Browse travelers going to your destination city and check their available space, departure dates, and delivery rates. Filter by route, travel dates, and transportation method to find the perfect match for your package delivery needs.

  • 2. Send Package Request

    Send a request to your chosen traveler with basic package information including weight, pickup location, and any special instructions. The traveler will see your request notification and can choose to accept or decline based on their available space.

  • 3. Pay & Start Chatting

    When the traveler accepts your request, you’ll be prompted to pay the delivery fee. Once payment is processed and held securely by SendPal, the chat feature opens allowing you to communicate directly with your traveler to coordinate pickup details.

  • 4. Package Handover

    Coordinate through chat to meet the traveler at a convenient public location. Hand over your package and ensure the traveler verifies the contents and weight. Both parties should take photos for documentation before the traveler begins their journey.

  • 5. Delivery Confirmation

    Track your package status through the app and stay in touch with your traveler. Once delivered and confirmed by the recipient, the traveler receives their payment automatically. Rate your experience to help build trust in our community.
